Documentation
- Record all maintenance activities, including any issues found, solutions applied, and future recommendations.
- Share a summary report with the client if maintenance is performed on their network.
Emergency Maintenance
- If an urgent network issue arises, prioritize resolving the issue immediately.
- Inform the client of the emergency maintenance and expected downtime.
